About Recalibrate Group

Nina Hoch is the founder of Recalibrate Group, where she advises investors, portfolio companies, and executive teams on strategic finance, operating performance, AI adoption, and executive education. Her career spans Wall Street and the Big Four, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, and EY, giving her a rare combination of capital markets insight and hands-on operating discipline.

Nina serves as a strategic advisor to venture capital and healthcare advisory firms, translating financial insight into operational action at the moments when it matters most. She also develops executive education curriculum that is delivered through New York City's citywide professional development program, and serves as adjunct faculty at CUNY and Berkeley College. Nina is a CFA charterholder, holds the FRM designation, and earned her M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University.
